The wonderful world of FOOD!!

Parker is becoming very independent these days! He really likes to feed himself, which is usually great with foods like puffs, chicken, green beans, and veggie sticks. However, when it comes to chicken noodle dinner, things aren't so good....
Another thing Parker has mastered since the last post is drinking from a straw! Wish I could take credit for teaching him this skill but I cannot. Parker learned this from Ms. Conchi! It took him all of 10 minutes to figure out the concept and then another 3 minutes to down a whole capri sun!! Thanks Ms. Conchi!!

Spring Day at the zoo!!

The weather has been great here and the flowers are in full bloom! So...off to the zoo we went with Ms. Amy and her family! Parker was very excited he got to hang out with his best friend! We rode the train...
Took a group photo...
Posed with the monkeys...
And learned about all the animals from Justin!! All in all a great day at the zoo!!

Aunt Kristine comes to visit!

In February Aunt Kristine came to visit us! We had so much fun! We relaxed, visited the aquarium, realxed, shopped, ate, realxed, and ate! What more could we ask for?! We were very sad when she left but we did get some great pics while she was here... Ahhhhhhh......

Aunt Kristine took Parker for a ride in the clothes basket...which he totally loved!

Fun with Johnna and family!

Parker surrounded by toys at Aunt Johnna and Uncle Ken's house! Aunt Johnna and Uncle Ken got Parker trucks for Christmas and he loves them! He especially loves when he rolls them and the dogs chase them!
Aunt Johnna taught Parker how to shoot his first basket...it was a slam dunk!
Also while we were at Aunt Johnna's and Uncle Ken's house, Parker decided to show off his strength and he pulled himself up to his feet and took a couple of steps for the first time! However, by the time I figured out how to use my camera the poor child was sooooo tired all he could muster in this video was a quick up down!

Parker goes to Mommy's work!

Ms. Joi welcomed Parker into her classroom with open arms! It was music and movement time and let me tell you they were both movin' it! Parker with Ms. Kim!
After we stopped by work, we went to the zoo! Ms. Charissa and her daughter, Shayla met us there!
